Not getting your email?

Internet service providers install powerful anti-spam filters to ensure that their customers only get the emails they want to receive. In the process, even legitimate mails can sometimes get blocked. This could be why you are not receiving important emails from us!

Updating your subscription

There are a few things you can do to ensure that you receive our mailers.
  1. Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) to add us to your safe list.
  2. Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.
  3. Make sure your complete address is updated

We have prepared step-by-step instructions for the following mail services/clients. If you use an e-mail service or client that we haven't provided instructions for, contact our support staff anytime for help.



Windows Live (Hotmail)

  1. Sign in to your Windows Live email account
  2. Click on the 'Options' tab to open the drop down menu.
  3. Click on the 'More Options' tab
  4. Under 'Junk Mail', click on the 'Safe and Blocked Senders'
  5. Click on 'Safe Senders'
  6. Enter GoldenPalace@promailservice.com
  7. Click on the 'add to list' button
  8. Enter GoldenPalace@regplayer.com
  9. Click on the 'add to list' button
  10. Enter GoldenPalace@regplayers.com
  11. Click on the 'add to list' button

AOL

  1. Sign into your AOL email account.
  2. Click on 'Contacts'
  3. Under the 'New' Tab, select 'New Contact'
  4. Fill in 'Golden Palace Casino' for contact name and enter GoldenPalace@promailservice.com in the Email field
  5. Then click on 'Create'
  6. Under the 'New' Tab, select 'New Contact'
  7. Fill in 'Golden Palace Casino' for contact name and enter GoldenPalace@regplayer.com in the Email field
  8. Then click on 'Create'
  9. Under the 'New' Tab, select 'New Contact'
  10. Fill in 'Golden Palace Casino' for contact name and enter GoldenPalace@regplayers.com in the Email field
  11. Then click on 'Create'

Yahoo Mail

  1. Sign into your Yahoo! email account.
  2. Click on the 'Contacts' tab
  3. Click on 'Add a new contact' and the action will open the contact form
  4. Paste or type GoldenPalace@promailservice.com in the 'Email' field.
  5. Then click 'Save'
  6. Click on 'Add a new contact' and the action will open the contact form
  7. Paste or type GoldenPalace@regplayer.com in the 'Email' field.
  8. Then click 'Save'
  9. Click on 'Add a new contact' and the action will open the contact form
  10. Paste or type GoldenPalace@regplayers.com in the 'Email' field.
  11. Then click 'Save'

Gmail

  1. Sign into your Gmail email account.
  2. Open your contacts list by clicking 'Contacts'
  3. Click 'Create Contact' to open the 'Add Contact' page:
  4. Type 'Golden Palace Casino' in the name field and enter GoldenPalace@promailservice.com in the email field
  5. Click 'Save'
  6. Click 'Create Contact' to open the 'Add Contact' page:
  7. Type 'Golden Palace Casino' in the name field and enter GoldenPalace@regplayer.com in the email field
  8. Click 'Save'
  9. Click 'Create Contact' to open the 'Add Contact' page:
  10. Type 'Golden Palace Casino' in the name field and enter GoldenPalace@regplayers.com in the email field
  11. Click 'Save'

Outlook

  1. Sign into your Outlook Account
  2. Under the action tab, select junk E-mail, then Junk E-mail options
  3. Select the 'Safe Senders' tab
  4. Click on 'Add'
  5. Enter GoldenPalace@promailservice.com and then click 'OK'
  6. Enter GoldenPalace@regplayer.com and then click 'OK'
  7. Enter GoldenPalace@regplayers.com and then click 'OK'
